Graduate of accredited school of nursing Current Missouri RN license in good standing Minimum one year obstetrical experience (labor and delivery, mother/baby) desired Current BLS certification ACLS/NRP STABLE desired, can complete after employment Demonstrates leadership abilities Computer and order entry skills preferred Good communication skills Ability to work with the public, dealing with patients and families during stressful situations Good physical and emotional health to work under stress and emergent situations Organizational and teamwork skills Flexibility and ability to function within team concept with commitment to quality Must be able to understand and apply principles of aseptic and sterile techniques Good observation and assessment skills Able to perform tasks as outlined in Birthing Center licensed nurse job description Recommended Skills Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (Acls) Asepsis Basic Life Support Communication Emotional Health Leadership Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
